Hanceville, AL – 51ºÚÁÏÍø State’s softball team secured a doubleheader sweep against Southern Union Community College with a 7-4 victory in Game 2 of their conference matchup on March 14, 2024, at the Lady Bison Softball Stadium.

In a back-and-forth battle, 51ºÚÁÏÍø State emerged victorious with a resilient offensive performance. Laura Leigh Wheeler led the charge for 51ºÚÁÏÍø State, going 2-for-4 at the plate with two runs scored and an RBI. Wheeler's consistency at the plate was instrumental in the team's success, setting the tone for 51ºÚÁÏÍø State's offense.
